Accommodation rules
As the estate is located in the heart of Es Trenc Natural Park, with severe restrictions on use and movement, and has exclusive access to the beach, guests must be informed of a series of rules for the proper use of nature and the facilities.
Use of the houses
The houses at Ses Arenes are not licensed as freely accessible holiday homes. Due to the estate’s location within a Natural Park with strict restrictions on use and traffic, each accommodation is authorised to access the property with only one or two cars (depending on the accommodation booked).
Use of the accommodations is exclusively for the guests staying in them.
We recommend using the air conditioning responsibly and switching off the units when you are not in the accommodation. In this way, we help reduce our carbon footprint and contribute to tackling climate change.
Holding parties is strictly prohibited in order to ensure perfect coexistence with all accommodations.
The facilities and services must be respected, both those for the exclusive use of each accommodation and the shared ones.
As the estate is located in a pine forest, internet reception is not unlimited; therefore, the connection must be used appropriately. It is provided for browsing websites, email, social media, and similar uses. It may not be used for services that require intensive data upload or download, or for video conferencing.
Any waste generated must be disposed of in the containers located next to the recycling centre.

If you would like a towel change, an extra €5 per towel will be charged. If an additional full-house touch-up cleaning service is required, an extra €100 per cleaning will be charged for accommodations of up to 4 people, and €350 in Sa Casa Gran.
Pets of any kind are not permitted.
Pool Use
The pool must be used in accordance with the accommodation rules, and you must respect other guests’ rest at all times.
You may consult the rules next to the pool shower.
- Minors must always be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.
- Eating or drinking is not permitted on the pool deck.
- Music is not permitted.
- Violently jumping into the pool or diving is prohibited.
- The side next to the cultivated fields is a prohibited area.

Use of the estate
Only vehicles and persons registered in the accommodations are authorised to access the estate.
As we are located within the Es Trenc–Salobrar de Campos Natural Park, we remind you that driving above 20 km/h is not permitted on any of the estate’s roads, as well as on the access road from the main road; appropriate signage is in place.
Out of respect for nature (landscape and animals), for the people walking the estate’s routes, for the Environmental Agents responsible for the area, and due to the possibility of encountering another vehicle and causing an incident, we would appreciate it if you would respect the maximum permitted speed until you reach the paved areas.
Upon arrival at the estate, you will be given an identification card; please carry it with you at all times and display the badge provided on your vehicle whenever you use the estate’s parking areas, to facilitate checks by the security service.
Lighting fires is prohibited due to the risk of fire.
Wi-Fi Appropriate and Fair Use Policy
When Wi-Fi internet access is provided, guests agree to use it fairly and appropriately.
The internet access provided is intended for general use such as access to the world wide web, email, messaging, social media, streaming videos/ music/ light media. It is not designed or ideal for heavy media streaming, online gaming, extensive downloads/ uploads. Access to illegal activities or use of our network for illegal activities is not allowed and will be reported to local authorities.
