The house
This old farmhouse has been reconverted into a small well-appointed countryside hotel. From the small hill where it is located, there is a view over the farming, the pine forest, the sea and the National Park of Cabrera. Ses Arenes has eight double rooms and a spacious dining room with a fireplace. Spacious terraces, plenty of space to enjoy tranquility and a swimming pool that invites placid sunbathing surround the house. In addition to room accommodation, the Ses Arenes estate offers four small houses for groups and families looking to enjoy their holidays with total freedom and independence, while also benefiting from the hotel’s services if they wish.

The estate
Ses Arenes is a privileged location between the sea and the countryside which, due to its great landscape value, has been included in the European Natura 2000 Network located in the Es Trenc-Salobrar de Campos Natural Park. Across its vast 2,300,000 m² area, traditional farming continues, interspersed with pine forests and beaches.
Ses Arenes has 2.5 kilometers of unspoiled white sand beaches, to which guests have direct and exclusive access via a private path of about 900 meters. Among these beaches, the one of Es Trenc, which is one of the most important natural beauties in Mallorca. This privileged location, and the attention to the service that the owner family has offered for years, make it a unique place for rest and relaxation.
